Terms and Conditions
Welcome to World Music Adventure! By accessing our website and participating in our music adventures, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
1. Booking and Payment:
1.1. Reservations: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. To secure your spot on a music adventure, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
1.2. Payment: Full payment must be made by 30 days before the adventure begins (July 1st), unless otherwise specified in writing by World Music Adventure. Failure to pay by the specified date may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
1.3. All trip prices are as posted on the WMA website at the time of booking and do not include airfare.
1.4. Acknowledgement of the terms and conditions is confirmed upon payment of the deposit.
1.5. Failure to make timely payments may result in reservation cancelation, a $30 late fee, and potential reassignment of your spot to the next eligible traveler on the wait list.
1.6. Gratuities: Gratuities are included for services during certain portions of the trip. This includes gratuities for wait staff, included meals and hospitality staff at accommodations for nights purchased through WMA. Gratuities for your tour director, local hosts, local guides and driver are not included in the trip price (unless otherwise noted in pricing details) and are discretionary.
1.7. Not included in the trip price: Airfare, baggage fees, passports, visas, vaccinations, tips, laundry, optional excursions, travel insurance, and personal expenses are not included in the trip price.
2. Cancellations and Refunds:
2.1. Cancellation by Participant: If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply, and refunds, if any, will be processed according to our cancellation policy, which may vary depending on the adventure. Refunds, minus online payment fees, are possible if cancellation is made within one week of payment and before 90 days of the trip start date. Cancellations within 90 days result in forfeiture of all payments.
2.2. Cancellation by World Music Adventure: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an adventure due to unforeseen circumstances, including insufficient bookings, natural disasters, or other reasons beyond our control. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative adventure or a refund of the amount paid.
